Premier Access
Your membership allows you Premier Access to exchange your week at any of the wonderful Summer Winds Family of Resorts and pay NO EXCHANGE FEES!

Borrow Weeks
Borrow future use weeks up to two years ahead for exchange. For example: borrow next year’s use week and add it to this year’s use week for a two-week vacation now. Instead of a longer vacation you may also use your borrowed weeks to reserve additional units and share your vacation experience with friends and family.

Split Your Week
Do you want to experience more destinations or resorts? You can split your use week within the Summer Winds Family of Resorts into one three and one four-night stay (only one stay can include a weekend). You may make split week reservations up to 12 months in advance.

Bank/Deposit
Vacation for weeks at a time in future years by depositing your use week for up to two years.

Maintenance Fee Reimbursement
Can’t travel this year? Want to re-coup your maintenance fees? Deposit your week with us a minimum of 10 months in advance and we will reimburse that year’s maintenance fees.
